Harvard Medical provides subsidized medical care through the Harvard University Group Health Plan (HUGHP) and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA).
Harvard Dental provides online and offline dental care through Delta Dental.

Disability and life insurance Free basic life insurance and short-term disability insurance provide basic financial protection. Supplementary disability and life insurance can be purchased at a competitive price, as well as dependent life insurance for eligible spouses/partners and children. To be eligible for Harvard Health and Human Services benefits, you must be eligible for a regular university salary and work at least 17.5 hours a week or receive minimum annual insurance of $ 15,000. The qualification requirements of the represented employees may differ upon agreement.

The following dependents are eligible for Harvard Family, Dental, and Family Vision plans (employees must be enrolled in the same plan):

  • Spouse or registered partner;
